📖✨ One of the most disturbing things that has ever been said to me, was said by a Pastor’s Wife, in between Church Services. Short Version = She saw me reading my Bible. She stopped, looked at me, and said some of the most chilling words I’ve ever heard… “I don’t have time to read the Bible. Because I’m a Mother.” I was stunned. 100% speechless. “A Pastor’s Wife that doesn’t read the Bible?! And she’s blaming it on her kids?!” I thought to myself. I gathered my composure, looked up from my Bible, looked into her eyes, and just nodded. She nodded back and walked off. Within a few minutes, she was joined by other female Church Staff Members. They proceeded to have a very loud, laughter-filled conversation about who everyone had Dated and Kissed back when they all were in the Church Youth Group.
